⚠️‼️ Important Notice: Summer Training & Programming (CSE 343 / GEN 231) ‼️⚠️
Dear Students:— Please go through the following instructions carefully before your viva:
1.Be prepared with both your report and presentation. 2.Your report must be exactly the same as the one you uploaded on UMS. Any changes or mismatches are not allowed.
3.Ensure that your project details and certificate information are 100% accurate and consistent in both the report and the presentation. 4.If your presentation contains a different project or certificate, your viva may be cancelled on the spot, and you will be awarded an R grade.
5.For GEN 231, make sure that the reference IDs are the same in both your report and presentation. Do not modify them. 6.Keep your Google Form responses ready. During the viva, you may be asked to share your screen and show them. If someone else helped you fill the form, ensure that you are logged in with the same email ID on your device.
Please double-check all these points before your viva to avoid any issues. Wishing you all the best—prepare well and don’t take risks at the last moment!
